How do I order a vehicle?
Choose a vehicle and contact the team with its Stock ID. Confirm its current location, availability, specifications and written quotation before committing. For vehicles in Japan, confirm whether an order and transport to Mozambique can be arranged.
What do the vehicle statuses mean?
In Mozambique: the vehicle is in the country. In Transit: it is being transported; confirm the route and expected arrival. In Japan: it is still in Japan. Reserved: a reservation exists, subject to the terms confirmed by the team. Sold: it is no longer available to buy.
How do I confirm condition and inspection?
Read the condition notes, equipment and auction grade where supplied. Ask for current photos, the auction sheet and any available report. Confirm with the team whether inspection is possible, who performs it, its scope and cost. An auction grade does not replace an assessment of current condition.
What are the payment terms?
Payment methods, any deposit, currency, deadlines and cancellation or refund terms must be confirmed directly with the team in writing. Verify the recipient and payment details through the official contact before transferring money.
How does shipping to Mozambique work?
For a vehicle in Japan or in transit, confirm the departure port, destination in Mozambique, shipping method, insurance and included or excluded charges with the team. Timing depends on the route, carrier and applicable procedures; request an updated estimate.
How are documents and delivery handled?
